my story

My career has taken me to places most people only read about.

I spent four years as a combat photographer with the 75th Ranger Regiment, deploying to Afghanistan and documenting military operations from the front lines. After leaving the military, I continued that mission as a combat photographer for a nonprofit organization, covering the war in Burma and anti-poaching operations in Malawi, Africa. It was there that I discovered my true purpose—not just documenting conflict, but helping bring attention to the people caught in the middle of it.

Today, I use photography and filmmaking to tell meaningful stories, raise awareness for important causes, and create work that leaves a lasting impact.

My approach is to observe rather than direct - to capture real emotion, genuine interactions, and the story as it unfolds. Years spent working in conflict zones taught me to recognize fleeting moments that can't be recreated. Whether I'm filming a documentary, a nonprofit mission, or a commercial project, my goal is the same: create honest, cinematic imagery that feels authentic and true to the people and events in front of the camera.
